PHOTOS

• Digital files are suitable for print sizes up to 20" x 40" poster size and often larger.
• All images cropped, color corrected, sharpened, noise reduced, etc. at buyers request at no extra charge.
• I shoot many photos but unless you pre-order I may or may not have any of you.
• You may either pick up at the next race or if you want the disc mailed there will be an extra $5 fee per disc mailed.
• Rush courier service available at extra cost and priced per order.
• 13 x 19 posters pickup at track only, no mail or courier at this time.
• ONLY MRP photos from 2006, 2007 & 2008 are currently available.
• Custom Photoshop work and personal photo sessions available on request at extra charge.

VIDEOS

• Your edited video will be available within one week after each race.
  
• You may either pick up at the next race or have the DVD mailed. There will be an extra $5 fee per DVD mailed.
  
• Rush courier service available at extra cost and priced per order.

• In all cases we try our very best to get as many of your runs as possible, but cannot guarantee to get them all.
• High Def DVDs are NOT Blu-ray or HD-DVD, but m2t data files on a DVD. Blu-ray may be available in the future, but not yet.
• Online videos can be posted for you on a site such as You Tube at extra cost.
• No refunds on videos or photos but exceptions will be made in the event of breakage on season long packages if we run into a number of rainouts or other problems.
• All videos can include clips of racing, pits, lanes, etc. and include crystal clear slow motion if requested.
  
• Sorry, no produced music videos available at this time.
  
• The more rounds you go, or runs you make, the more video you'll get.
  
• Some fast cars will be video'd even if you do not request it, so we may have you even if you have not pre ordered.
  
• Prices are the same after a race, but in most cases if you pre order you will probably get more footage.
• In the event that you pre order, and I shoot video and/or stills, then you decide you do not want any, I may not do it again depending on the circumstances.
• All photos and videos are for personal use only, but commercial releases are available. In most cases all it takes is a link or image/video credit on the site or publication. There is rarely an extra charge.
  
• If you don't know the difference between 'personal and 'commercial' use PLEASE ASK before you pay!
• Under Canadian law you may copy these DVDs and digital images for personal use, but you cannot sell them or offer them (free or at a price) to commercial websites or publications, nor can you broadcast or 'distribute' them. Again, if you don't know, please ask.
• Should you do anything illegal with our photos and/or videos, we reserved the decision to stop shooting you immediately with NO REFUND on pre paid orders.
• Please note that Mission Raceway Park is private property. Any unauthorized photos or videos taken by anyone while on the property and used in any way deemed unfit by the track owners may result in legal and/or other action at the discretion of the B.C. Custom Car Association.
• All prices (excluding prepay season long packages) subject to change without notice.
